NEW YORK (April 7, 2021) – Workspace innovation firm The Instant Group, which places more than 8,000 companies a year, worldwide, in flexible workspaces, is pleased to announce that Steven Rothman has joined the firm as its Vice President, Financial Services Lead. Rothman, who started this week in Instant’s New York office, comes to the firm with more than 30 years of experience and will work with financial services and insurance firms across the Americas to develop and expand their agile and flexible workspace strategies and programs.

Rothman added, “Even before Covid, Instant knew that the future was flexible working. Most recently, Rothman spent seven years at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he was senior vice president, national director, working with firms such as HSBC, JP Morgan, Chase, and Willis Towers Watson. For eight years before that, he was at Morgan Stanley, where he was executive director, global corporate real estate. He’s also held positions at Johnson Controls (formerly United Systems Integrators); Prudential Financial; GVA Williams Real Estate Company (now Colliers International); and JP Morgan Chase.
A member of New York Road Runners – Team for Kids – for more than 10 years, Rothman has completed 12 marathons and three triathalons. He has served as a volunteer to the Pediatric Cancer Foundation. He received his MBA, Finance, from Pace University and bachelor’s degree from the College of New Jersey.
