The Instant Group has partnered with a multinational Financial Services company to procure, design and fit out an innovative 47,500 sq. ft. workspace in the heart of Singapore’s central business district.
The move consolidates two existing locations into one bringing over 500 employees together under one roof from October 2020.
One Marina Boulevard is a grade A building situated next to Raffles Place and the Marina Bay Financial Centre. The company has taken the space under Instant’s managed office solution, whereby Instant sources and operates the workspace on its behalf.
Instant provides the client with a fixed cost and a single supplier to manage and oversee the whole process - from acquiring the space, designing, fitting out, to facilities management whilst in occupation, and making good upon exit.
This is the second managed office that this Financial Services company has partnered with The Instant Group on in Asia Pacific following a similar 90,000 sq ft workspace that opened in Kuala Lumpur in 2017. The premium workspace will feature high quality design, built to the client’s global standards, with a strong focus on employee experience, delivered through a combination of the best on-site amenities and diverse, collaborative workplace experiences and technology.
