Incendium expands "Future of Work" proposition

Tuesday, May 25 , 2021

Incendium, the Corporate Real Estate consultancy, part of the Instant Group, has expanded its future of work proposition with the appointment of five industry leading experts in human-capital consulting, human-centred design, workspace strategy and sustainability.

The appointments come in response to rapid growth in demand from clients wanting to understand how the employee experience, physical workspace and digital enablement informs future workspace strategies in a post-Pandemic world. The new team will be based in Instant’s offices in the UK, Singapore and New York.

In the UK, Clare Bridger & Tulsi Girme join respectively from Deloitte UK and WeWork in the US. Clare is an expert in helping senior leaders to put people and organisational purpose at the heart of their future workspace strategy and in thinking holistically about the future of work.  Tulsi Girme brings a wealth of experience across technology, data, workspace strategy and business transformation.

Based in Singapore, Ed Van Zyl has worked on the leading edge of workspace strategy for over 15 years, with a focus on portfolio solutions. Ed is joined by Beatrice Yuen, a change specialist and design thinker with experience in delivering the design and adoption of new ways of working. Finally, Nick LiVigne joins the US office from Convene where he championed corporate-wide transformation efforts in relation to workspace strategy and sustainability.

Mike Perkis, Managing Director at Incendium, said: “The worlds of workspace, employee experience and technology are converging at speed. In the post-pandemic world, there is urgent demand to better understand how human, digital, and physical interaction should inform future workspace decisions; and do so on a sustainable basis. But this is highly dependent on knitting together the very different ways we are using workspace in a post-Pandemic world.

“The new team members bring a wealth of outstanding and varied experience across multiple clients, geographies and industries and complement our existing expertise around sustainability and delivery of flexible workspace solutions. They have worked with, and understood the requirements of, employees and workspace end users all over the world. This investment in talent will offer our clients full-service delivery capabilities and further enhance our ability to deliver workspace strategies and solutions that bring measurable value to increasingly complex customer demands.”

Tim Rodber, CEO of the Instant Group, added: “The Instant Group is Rethinking Workspace to enable clients to move their businesses forward faster. The workspace industry has historically been very asset centric, but our clients are now demanding agile workspace solutions that enable their employees to have the right balance between working from home or in the office.”

“Mike is building a strong team around the world to develop these types of solutions for our clients. Clients now understand how a combination of the human, physical and digital experience will drive a completely new, agile approach to real estate solutions.”
